Everybody at Northeast facial in Oral Surgery treated me so well. They made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in the door. I had oral surgery with Dr. Jacob. He was so reassuring and gentle. The staff when I walked into the office were so friendly. I was so anxious and nervous to have my tooth removed but Dr. Jacob did an amazing job. He is so easy to talk to and makes you feel so comfortable. Dr. Upadya is such a wonderful person. She was so sweet and has such a calming and warm personality. Heather was so professional and talked me through exactly what was going to be done. I can’t say enough about Susie. She saw me in the hallway and saw how nervous I was and she was there the whole time holding my hand and kept me calm. She was also there when I woke up in recovery. She is such a sweetheart. It was like having my daughter there with me. Going here was the best experience I have ever had when I needed oral surgery. I tell everyone about them.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience. The office staff do not care about patients at all, some of the nurses have an attitude, and the doctor did nothing to calm my anxiety about the procedure. I am in pain more than a week after the surgery and I have not been able to contact my surgeon. The nurses who talked to me on the phone basically just told me “everything is normal” without even letting me explain what’s going on. Go somewhere else!!!!!!

Best experience ever. Had an impacted tooth removed on my lower left side. Surgery went really well with no pain. Dr. Lee was awesome letting me know how it’s going. Instructions post surgery was great with a post surgery packet. No pan throughout the whole healing time. Went back today for follow up and all looks good. I will recommend anyone friend/family to this place only. AMAZING experience. Just amazing.

I would highly recommend Dr Lee and her team! I was struggling with a very painful and limiting TMJ issue for many months when I was referred to Northeast Facial and Oral Surgery Specialists. After some negative experiences with other specialists, I was immediately put at ease when I met with Dr Lee. She took the time to properly diagnose me and develop a treatment plan while patiently answering all my questions and concerns. I also had nothing but positive experiences with her staff (thank you to Margo and Susie especially! ) who were attentive, kind and helpful at every turn. Absolute horrible experience and sad how they treat patients. After scheduling a consultation and filling out paperwork weeks in advance, I was rescheduled two days before my appointment and pushed a month. Three days before my next appointment attempt, I received a call to tell me my appointment time was changed. Two days before the appointment, I was called and the. told they no longer do procedures on what I initially scheduled a consultation for. Wasted months of my time. STAY AWAY!!
